Applications of HSE200-06-777 Disc Centrifuge

This centrifuge has been designed for brewery.

The self-cleaning bowl makes the machine suitable for fully automatic cleaning in place. Opening and closing of the bowl for discharging the solids takes place hydraulically using water.

The feed and discharge are in a closed system. The product feed and discharges in the bowl are hydro hermetically sealed and do not feature mechanical seals. The feed and discharge are rated to suit the respective application. The HSE200-06-777 Disc Centrifuge is driven by a 3-phase AC motor via a low maintenance flat belt. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel; the gaskets conform to the requirements of food operations.

Technical specifications

Manufacturing year: 2010
Bowl speed: 4800 rpm
Solids space: 30 l
Motor: 75 Kw

Working principle

The product enters the bowl via the inlet and is clarified in the disc stack. Centripetal pump in the HSE200-06-777 Disc Centrifuge then conveys the clarified liquid under pressure to outlet, where it is discharged without foam.
The separated solids collect in sediment holding space and are ejected periodically via ports.
Operating water is used only during the actual process of ejection.
